Company History and its production activities
The company was founded on the basis of the owner's and staff's long-term experience in the field of machine tools. Its owner and most of the technical staff are former long-term employees of a factory producing grinding machines. The experience gained in the field of grinding machine production was initially applied in the field of servicing and repairing grinders for customers. As the database of grinding machine users gradually built up, the company's activities gradually transformed mainly into the field of manufacturing grinders and carrying out complete overhauls of grinders, including their modernization using modern components (especially in the electrical field), which entered the market in the Czech Republic and with an accessible service. The customer base is further expanded outside the Czech Republic to Europe and overseas, for example England, Belgium, France, Poland, Germany, Austria, Mexico or the USA.
The production and sale of machines after complete modernization to the extent required by the customer is preferred over standard conventional general repairs of worn machines, because the purchase of a totally renovated machine, with full precision, with the maximum possible modernization, in a form corresponding to current European standards and with a full warranty, brings the user the necessary certainty in the technical area and with an indisputably more advantageous economic effect.

Assortment of center grinders
We offer and supply center grinders of the BUB / CNC, BUC / CNC series equipped with the Intronix K51-2 and/or Siemens Sinumerik 840di sl control system. The BUB / CNC center grinder has a distance between centers of 1000, 2000 or 3000 mm and a workpiece weight of up to 500 kg. The BUC / CNC has a distance between centers of up to 5000 mm and a workpiece weight of up to 3000 kg. You can take a look at the comparison of these top-notch center grinders.
Services
We offer and perform general repairs and reconstructions of center grinders for direct users, including
- Repairs of the mechanical part with bringing to accuracy according to the protocol
- Reconstruction of the hydraulic part of the machines with restoration of tightness and all functions
- Reconstruction and modernization of electrical distribution systems according to current standards
- Replacement of outdated control systems (MEZ Náchod)
- Reconstruction of hydraulic-mechanical feeds for drives with ball screws and servomotors with electronic control
- Control system with parametric programming - Siemens 840 Di or new modern system K51-2
- Modernization of water management - fitting cooling liquid tanks with magnetic and paper filters
- Equipping machines with digital measuring equipment (Heidenhain rulers)
- Half-covering or full-covering of the machine, extraction of mist from the working area
- Painting with two-component paints
After carrying out the specified scope of work, based on the existing and proven types of grinding machines of Czech origin, we hand over to the client a center grinder in quality and condition corresponding to a new machine
